10. The Twist Poses. These are sitting yoga presents which as a rule follow the simple posture. They are the half-turn present and the savvy contort present.

How to do it:

From the simple posture, accept a bowing position.

Sit to your left side feet. Raise your correct leg over to one side and spot your foot outside the left thighs.

Keep your back straight. Push the impact point of your correct foot near your hips or bottom.

Breathe in. As you breathe out, raise your arms at shoulder level and stretch them.

Take a full breath and contort to one side.

As you breathe out, cut your arms down. Spot your left elbow outside the left knee.

Breathe in. Clutch your correct feet and carry your correct hand to your back. As you breathe out, come to your back quite far.

Hold the situation for as long as possible. At that point, take a full breath. As you breathe out, untwist your back. Relinquish your correct feet and stretch your arms side to side once more.

Re-visitation of the bowing position. Rehash the posture while sitting on your correct foot.
